Two Irish athletes in action in Valencia today

Only two Irish athletes are taking part in the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Valencia over the coming days.

With Derval O'Rourke and David Gillick sitting out the event, Ailish McSweeney and James Nolan will be flying the flag for Ireland in Spain.

McSweeney takes part in the women's 60m heats at 11am Irish time, while Nolan is an action in the first of the 1,500m semi-finals at 7pm.
