Duddy to receive world title shot

Kelly Pavlik's first defence of his united WBC and WBO world middleweight titles is to come against Ireland's John Duddy on June 7.

The pair are to meet at Madison Square Gardens on June 7, following Pavlik's rematch next month against Jermain Taylor.

Duddy has a build-up fight in New York on February 23 on the undercard of the heavyweight unification fight between Wladimir Klitschko and Sultan Ibragimov.
