Demons look to continue play-off progress

The Nivea For Men’s SuperLeague resumes after the drama of last weekend’s National Cup semi-final clashes, where Abrakebabra Tigers and DART Killester booked their place in the men’s final, while Team Montenotte Hotel Cork have a set-up a date with Waterford Wildcats.

UCC Demons will be looking to continue their assault on the play-offs when they entertain Limerick Lions on Friday night, while UU face a daunting test with a double header against DART Killester and DCU Saints over the weekend.

DCU Saints are also involved in a double bill with a tricky trip to UCD/Marian prior to their jaunt to Belfast. Hoops will be looking to bounce back from their cup exit when they welcome Belfast Star to the National Basketball Arena on Saturday, while Abrakebabra Tigers head west to take on Merry Monk Ballina.

Neptune face an intriguing tie at home to a revitalised Mustang St Paul's side, who ended 2007 on a high with a number of notable results.
