Sutherland gets walkover at Boxing Championships

There were two Irish fighters in action last evening at the World Boxing Championships.

Darren Sutherland's through to the last 32 in Chicago after receiving a walkover victory when his opponent failed to make the weigh-in.

However, David Oliver Joyce has been eliminated after losing to Davi Souza.

The Brazilian took the opening three rounds before being handed a 21-10 verdict.
