Lewis Hamilton will not be asking McLaren for a new contract whether he wins the Formula One drivers’ title or not.

Lewis Hamilton will not be asking McLaren for a new contract whether he wins the Formula One drivers’ title or not.

The 22-year-old is on the verge of becoming both the first rookie champion and the youngest after victory at the Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday gave him a 12-point championship lead with two races remaining.
