FIA make small changes to F1 schedule

Motor racing’s world governing body the FIA have made two minor revisions to the 2008 Formula One calendar.

The Italian and Belgian grands prix have swapped their dates in September, with the race at Monza now the last in Europe.

It is the same with the Japanese and Chinese grands prix in October, with the conclusion to next year’s championship mirroring that for this year.

The race in Canada remains provisional, while the new street tracks in Valencia and Singapore – currently being built – are subject to FIA approval on safety grounds.
