Irish bantamweight Mark McCullagh is through to the quarter-finals of the European Junior Boxing Championships in Serbia.

McCullagh scored an impressive 17-5 win over Hungarian Kale Gergo in the city of Sombor yesterday evening.

He now goes on to fight England's Mark McGuire in the quarter-finals.
