Coughlan behaved 'disgracefully'

McLaren chief designer Mike Coughlan was today accused of behaving “disgracefully” as Formula One’s ’spy’ scandal hit the High Court.

At a preliminary hearing in London, Ferrari launched their action against Coughlan – named as a defendant along with wife Trudy – with regard to the theft of technical information.
