21 year old left arm spinner Gary Kidd has been drafted in to the Ireland squad for their Friends Provident Trophy clash with Sussex tomorrow.

He answered an SOS call from Ireland coach Phil Simmons after New Zealand overseas player Jesse Ryder failed to turn up at The Brit Oval.
