Flintoff absent from England squad

All-rounder Andrew Flintoff failed to travel with the team to today’s crucial Group C World Cup match against Canada at the Beausejour Stadium.

The Lancashire all-rounder was one of a number of players disciplined by England for a late-night drinking session immediately after Friday’s opening defeat to New Zealand.
