Neil Robertson earned the respect of Stephen Hendry after keeping his cool to beat the seven-times world champion in Newport tonight.

The Australian left-hander delivered his most convincing performance since winning the Grand Prix in October to beat Hendry 5-3 and reach the quarter-finals of the Welsh Open.
