Gebrselassie looking to Great North Run

Haile Gebrselassie is hoping to honour a long-term commitment by making his first appearance in the BUPA Great North Run on September 30.

However, the 34-year-old Ethiopian will wait until after the Flora London Marathon in April before deciding on his racing programme for the remainder of the year.
