Irish number one Mick McGowan is set to face defending champion Phil 'The Power' Taylor in the second round of the World Darts Championship in Purfleet.

Irish number one Mick McGowan is set to face defending champion Phil 'The Power' Taylor in the second round of the World Darts Championship in Purfleet.

McGowan progressed in the competition last night with a comfortable 3-1 win against Matt Clark.
