Qualifying nightmare for Schumacher

Michael Schumacher's faint world title hopes would appear to lie in ruins after his Ferrari suffered a problem in qualifying for tomorrow's Brazilian Grand Prix.

Schumacher (pictured) had earlier been flying in the first two qualifying stints at Interlagos, and was poised for either pole or at the very least a place on the front row of the grid.
