Sports facilities nationwide to share €21m grant

Seventy-eight national, regional and municipal sports facilities are to share more than €21.2m under the 2006 Sports Capital Programme.

The allocations have been announced by the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism John O’Donoghue.

The allocations include grants for centres in Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Kilkenny, Drogheda, Tullamore, Ennis, Mallow, Longford, Tralee and Askeaton.
