Irishmen win Rowing World Cup gold

The men's light four of Gearóid Towey, Eugene Coakley, Richard Archibald and Paul Griffin have become the first Irish crew ever to win the Rowing World Cup outright.

The crew led the standings going into today's decider, following a silver and a gold at the previous legs.

Today, they won Gold in Lucerne to make history for Ireland.
