Costello withdraws from Irish team for Tilburg event

Colin Costello has withdrawn from the Irish junior men's team competing in this Sunday's European Cross-Country Championships in the Dutch city of Tilburg.

The Star of the Sea athlete is suffering from flu.

His absence opens the door for either Dundrum-South Dublin's Brendan O'Neill or Limerick's Cathal Dennehy to compete with the Irish junior team.
