Excellent shooting sees UCD advance to quarterfinal

UCD secured a SuperLeague Cup quarterfinal place tonight as they took a home victory over Neptune.

UCD dominated the tie throughout, holding a double-digit lead for most of the game except for one spell in the third quarter when Neptune narrowed the gap to just four points.

One of the key differences between the sides was the three-point shooting of UCD who hit six more threes than the opposition. This was evident when the game was close with Glover and Precious stepping up to the mark.
