Dunne to fight Hughes for IBC world title tonight

Dubliner Bernard Dunne is due to take on Sean Hughes tonight for the vacant IBC world super-bantamweight title.

Dunne steps down a weight for the bout, which is effectively a "junior" world title.

However, Dunne himself is regarding it as a major opportunity to progress his career.

"It's going to propel me right up there and give me the opportunity to challenge for the major, major belts.
