Pizzonia gets nod for Japan and China

Antonio Pizzonia will race for Williams in the last two grands prix of the season, it has been confirmed.

The 25-year-old Brazilian test driver – who has been deputising for Nick Heidfeld since the German pulled out of the Italian Grand Prix following a series of headaches – told BBC Sport: “I am delighted to be racing for another two races.
