O’Keeffe fails to qualify for hammer finals

Ireland's Eileen O'Keeffe has failed to qualify for the final of the women's hammer at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki.

Her best throw of 64.09 metres was not enough for her to progress to this weekend's decider.
