Nolan fails to qualify in Helsinki

Ireland's James Nolan has failed to qualify for the semi-finals of the men's 1500 metres at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki.

The UCD athlete finished a second outside the qualifying time, and was eleventh in his heat.
