FIA aim for level playing field

World governing body the FIA have spelt out their vision for the long-term future of Formula One.

A completely new rules package is under discussion for 2008 onwards, after the current Concorde Agreement expires, and the FIA have issued a raft of proposals to cut speed and costs.
