Sato tops testing times at Nurburgring

BAR’s Takuma Sato handed his team a welcome boost as he topped the afternoon times on the final day of testing at the Paul Ricard circuit.

The team focused on making their return to racing at the Nurburgring as Sato clocked the fastest time of one minute 00.744seconds after completing 131 laps of the French circuit, beating the Toyotas of Ricardo Zonta and Olivier Panis.
