Alonso triumphs in Malaysia

Fernando Alonso roared into the world championship lead with a dominant victory in the Malaysian Grand Prix today.

The Spaniard took over from Renault team-mate Giancarlo Fisichella at the top of the standings following a superb performance at Sepang to take his second career victory.
