Red Bull recruit ex-Renault technical chief

Red Bull Racing have brought in former Renault technical chief Mark Smith.

The 43-year-old Englishman left Renault to return to Jordan at the end of last season but his stay there lasted only a matter of weeks before he left in the wake of Midland’s take-over of the team.
