Red Bull name Klein as second driver

Red Bull Racing’s sporting director Christian Horner has admitted the decision to partner Christian Klien with David Coulthard in the Australian Grand Prix was a tough one to make.

Klien has been handed the team’s second race seat alongside Coulthard for the opening round of the season in Melbourne in two weeks ahead of reigning F3000 champion Vitantonio Liuzzi.
