'Sheikh' Ronnie home and dry

Ronnie O’Sullivan wore a towel on his head but did not throw it in as he made a bizarre start to his Welsh Open title defence in Newport tonight.

Throughout his 5-2 first round victory over Ian McCulloch, O’Sullivan draped a white towel over his head when not at the table, resembling a beekeeper.
