Malaysian chief grateful for F1

Formula One has been given a glowing reference from the man who organises the Malaysian Grand Prix, one of the first events to run in motorsport’s new world.

The Sepang circuit was built from scratch with substantial government funding and with the sole aim of attracting Formula One to the country – a model subsequently followed by the likes of China, Bahrain and Turkey.
