New appeal date for Tim Montgomery

World 100 metres record-holder Tim Montgomery has been given a new date for his appeal to the Court of Arbitration over charges of doping violations.

Montgomery, who has been accused of taking performance-enhancing drugs by the United States Anti-Doping Agency, will have his hearing on June 6, 2005 after it was postponed from earlier this month.
