UL Aughinish look to keep run going

In basketball’s Women's SuperLeague, UL Aughinish will be fiercely protecting their unbeaten record in their match against Dart Killester this weekend.

With UL star Michelle Aspell carrying an injury, and doubtful for the weekend, they'll be looking to American Stephanie Graff to play a more dominant role.

Killester have injury worries of their own, Carmel Kissane having picked up a serious ankle injury playing international soccer, and could be out for up to six weeks.

Maeve Coleman's side would be expected to strongly challenge UL this season, and this will be the first real test of just how serious that challenge is likely to be.

Peugeot Meteors face Bauch & Lomb Wildcats without Eileen Bradley on Saturday who is suffering from a viral infection. Wildcats are confident going into this game, despite the loss of American Erin Brady who was injured in a training collision with Olivia O'Reilly.

Vienna Woods Glanmire take on Mustang Sally's St Paul's on Saturday, while the Men's and Women's Division One continues with 5 games over the weekend.
