Ireland's Marie Davenport finished 14th in tonight's women's 10,000m in at time of 31:50.49.

China's Huina Xing took gold in 30:24.36. Two ethiopians, Ejegayehu Dibaba and Derartu Tulu took silver and gold respectively.
