Ireland guaranteed equestrian medal

Ireland are at guaranteed at least one Olympic medal after Cian O'Connor jumped a clear round in the individual show jumping event in Athens.

Jessica Kuerten, who had a clear round earlier, and is about to jump, had a clear round earlier and is in the running.
