Renault man calls for testing shake-up

Renault technical director Pat Symonds has called for a major shake-up in how Formula One teams are allowed to test.

Testing takes up a large amount of Formula One’s multi-billion-pound budget and has long been singled out as an easy way to cut costs and encourage new teams to enter.
