Ferrari boss Jean Todt has ruled himself out of the race to succeed Max Mosley as president of world governing body the FIA.

The Frenchman was mentioned by Mosley as a potential successor some weeks ago but insists he has no intention of taking over as FIA president when the post becomes vacant in October.
