Montgomery will fight any Olympic ban

Tim Montgomery’s lawyer, Cristina Arguedas, has stated that the world number one will fight any attempt to ban him from the Olympics after it was revealed the sprinter had been notified by the US Anti-Doping Agency that he has been reported for drug violations.

The world 100-metre record-holder has received a letter from the USADA stating that they had documentary evidence against him even though he has never failed a drug test.
