Brits to take on Americans

Top British sprinters Mark Lewis-Francis and Darren Campbell will get a first glance at their possible American Olympic rivals in Philadelphia this weekend.

The pair are in the British 4x100 metres relay team competing at the world famous Penn Relays, which also features the annual Verizon match between the USA and the World.
