Button proves quickest in testing again

Englishman Jenson Button was quickest for the second day running in testing at Paul Ricard, France.

Button took his BAR to a best of one minute 6.301 seconds from his 150 laps, beating second-quickest Kimi Raikkonen by over a second.

Raikkonen and McLaren team-mate David Coulthard put their troublesome car - which has been a major disappointment so far this season – through its paces, clocking up 197 laps between them.

Coulthard was fourth fastest, just slower than Williams’ Antonio Pizzonia.
