Button in pole contention

Jenson Button boosted his hopes of grabbing his first Formula One pole after another scorching display in the desert in Bahrain this morning.

The 24-year-old set the pace in his BAR Honda car for both practice sessions for tomorrow’s inaugural grand prix in the Middle East.
