Painter's promising start

Kevin Painter made a confident start in the final of the Ladbrokes.com World Championship against 10-time champion Phil Taylor, clinching the opening leg with a 136 checkout.

Taylor nailed double six to level up in the next, but Painter took out 96 to open up a two legs to one lead.
