McRae makes his mark in Dakar Rally

Colin McRae continued his impressive early form in the Dakar Rally today to ensure he finished the European leg of the event in the top 10.

The Scotsman began the day ninth after splashing his way through the French mud yesterday and maintained that pace today on the nine-kilometre stage three around Castellon in Spain.
