Rally manufacturers could enter second teams

World Rally Championship fields are set to be boosted by second teams from leading manufacturers, according to a top official.

Next season’s regulations limit manufacturers to running two-car teams but with Peugeot having already announced their intention to run a ‘junior’ squad, Rally New Zealand chairman Morrie Chandler has tipped others to follow.
