Stephen Hendry blew away Ronnie O’Sullivan to reach his ninth Travis Perkins UK Championship final in York tonight.

The five-times champion compiled two centuries and eight half-century breaks as he blasted past O’Sullivan 9-4 to set up a best-of-19-frames showdown with Welshman Matthew Stevens.
