Ralf Schumacher will not be penalised in the Hungarian Grand Prix despite being blamed for a crash in the German Grand Prix.

The FIA - motorsport's world governing body - fined him $50,000 (€44,000) but ruled he should not be made to start 10 places back in the next race in Hungary.
