American star sprinter Marion Jones is eager to return to competition as fast as possible after giving birth to her son fathered by men’s 100m world record holder Tim Montgomery.

The baby, Tim Junior, was born on June 28 but his 27-year-old mother, who has won many gold medals at the 100m, 200m, long jump and 4x100m since 1997, pulled out of the World Championships in Paris from August 23 to 31.
