Montoya is the Juan to beat

Juan Pablo Montoya scorched to his first pole position of the season at the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim today.

Montoya, who was on pole seven times last season without winning a race, won a private duel with local hero Ralf Schumacher as the Williams-BMW duo revelled in the searing heat which reached 48deg centigrade during the session.
