Villeneuve will drive for less cash

Jacques Villeneuve admits he is prepared to take a pay cut if it will secure him a competitive drive next season.

The 32-year-old Canadian is in the final year of a lucrative five season spell with BAR-Honda that will net him a reputed £13m (€18m) this campaign alone.
