Rock falls to Takaloo in ninth

Takaloo reclaimed the WBU lightweight title in spectacular fashion at Belfast Odyssey Arena tonight when he stopped Dubliner Jim Rock in the ninth round.

Takaloo, who first won the title two years ago with a sensational first round stoppage of Manchester’s Anthony Farnell, unloaded an explosive right hand which sent Rock sprawling to the canvas.
