Dunne reinstated as licensed boxer

The New York State Athletic Commission has reinstated Ireland's Bernard Dunne as a licensed boxer after tests gave him the all-clear to return to the ring.

The 22-year-old featherweight had failed a routine brain scan on the eve of a bout in the United States last month.
