Thorpe breaks record for most medals

Ian Thorpe has become the most-medalled man in Commonwealth Games history - at the tender age of nineteen.

The Australian swimming phenomenon earned his sixth gold medal of the Games by steering his nation to glory in the 4-by-400 metres medley.
